The Ottawa City Commission will hold its Weekly Study Session this afternoon. A couple items on the Agenda will be a discussion about the Parks Master Plan, which includes a much needed new aquatics center for the city, and eliminating the ban on pit bulls in the city limits. Other items on the Agenda include talk about a resolution to condemn several unsafe structures. The Study will be held at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall. It will also be live streamed on the City of Ottawa Facebook page.
