It seems there is a big parking problem around the Franklin County Courthouse and how to solve it is not coming easily. County Clerk Janet Paddock says part of the problem is Ottawa University students using the parking spots:
Paddock says the Handicapped parking is at the back, so that really poses a problem. She continues to work with the various parties to find a solution to the parking dilemma.
