The proposed move of the Franklin County Historical Society to the Visitors’ Center is proving to be more difficult than expected. The Society has made a request for some lease changes, most of which the County has agreed to. County Commission Chair, Colton Waymire, sounded frustrated when the issue came up again:
One of the last changes that the County appears to be agreeable on is a request that flooring be installed on the second floor. Maintenance officials are going to get price quotes on linoleum and perhaps other materials.
