It looks like Franklin County Administrator, Derek Brown, will be staying in his job for a number of years. The County Commission has approved extending his contract. Brown spelled out some details of the new agreement:
The new agreement also requires the County to pay Brown 12 months severance pay in case of termination. Any departure under questionable circumstances would not commit the County to pay severance pay.
