The entire Ottawa City Commission Meeting was spent considering the condemnation of dilapidated houses around town. One house at 623 West 5th, may be in for some new life. Local contractor, Rudy Manes stood up to speak:
The City is expected to give Manes sufficient time to start work on the affected houses, if progress is not made within a reasonable period of time, the City would then proceed to demolish the structure.
