An injury accident yesterday afternoon sent two Ottawa residents to the hospital. Just before 4:00 yesterday afternoon, 57 year old Harold Bessette of Pomona was traveling east on Old 59 Highway near Stafford Road, when his vehicle was struck by another driven by 81 year old Henry Hildebrandt that had entered the intersection from the north. Hildebrand and his passenger, 80 year old Ramona Hildebrandt, were transported to Advent Health Ottawa for treatment of their injuries. No word on the extent of their injuries. Both vehicles were estimated to be total losses.
