The Ottawa City Commission is expected to soon approve a Tax Increment Finance District, also known as a TIF District, in the area near Price Chopper. Financial consultant Tyler Ellsworth, gave some details during the Commission Study Session:
The TIF District is expected to be approved at the December 15th City Commission Meeting.
