We all know Ottawa has a lot of people who are willing to help out those who are less fortunate. We’ve heard about them the past several weeks. Another example today, a group called “Oh Santa is Coming to Town”, run by Wendy Starr Schulz, of Ottawa, has provided for kids and families in need for the past four years, serving hundreds at Christmas. Four years ago, she took to Facebook for more help. She says she is fortunate to have a lot of help as the program has grown:
