Next week the Ottawa City Commission will hear a presentation from Kansas Municipal Energy Association and Evergy on a solar array that could have wide-reaching consequences. At the regular meeting last week, Ottawa Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp said there might be a solar facility under ownership by multiple towns:
