The Ottawa School District has adopted a new Policy on vaping. School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, explained that treating the problem requires more than just punishment:
Cobbs says this Policy change is not an end-all to dealing with vaping, but just a beginning of trying to help students get off the vaping habit.
