Employees with Franklin County will be the recipients of several more favorable pay policies in a bid to retain employees. Human Resources Director, Sari Maples, says there has been a contradiction in Sick Leave Policies:
If the changes are approved by the County Commission at its next regular meeting, the changes take effect with the first pay period in 2022.
