The Ottawa City Commission heard a proposal to extend the contract of Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, at their Study Session Monday. City Attorney Blaine Finch explains:
The Commission agreed to put the contract issue on the Agenda for their next meeting, for full approval. Neinstedt has been Ottawa City Manager since 2007.
