The new CEO of Ottawa University was introduced to the Ottawa City Commission recently. Dr. Bill Tsutsui says there is a lot of talk about the growth of the campus in Arizona, but the Ottawa campus growth is bucking the trend:
Tsutsui taught at Kansas University for 17 years and cherished the opportunity to come back to Kansas. He says Ottawa is a dream city for he and his wife and they have never lived in such a friendly community. Tsutsui started at OU in July of last year.
