The City of Ottawa posted a reminder to citizens this week about the new cemetery regulations that will go into affect March 1st. After widespread public backlash in the Spring of 2021, Public Works Director, Michael Haeffele, met with a committee of concerned citizens several times. The result was a compromise. Haeffele spelled out some of the new rules:
