Ottawa City Commissioner Tom Weigand, resigned his seat on the Commission at Monday’s Study Session. It caught most Commissioners off guard. Commissioner Sara Caylor told the others that she wanted to give thanks to Weigand:
All the other Commissioners agreed with Caylor ad expressed their thanks. Weigand served 26 years with the County Commission and the City Commission.
