The City of Ottawa has decided to become an Employee Sponsor of the Kansas Rural Opportunity Zone Student Loan Repayment Program. Ottawa Human Resources Director, Michelle Wapp, described the program to the City Commission:
The City Commission voted unanimously to participate in the program.
