The Wellsville Days Festival will get an extra financial boost this year from the City. During the Regular City Council Meeting, Councilman Cory Cunningham and Mayor Bill Lytle did a bit of bargaining on ho much to contribute to the event:
The Council unanimously approved the $5,000 donation.
