The Kansas Bureau of Investigation nd the Linn County Sheriff’s office have announced that a Pleasanton man was arrested yesterday evening for terrorism and criminal threat.
Just after 4:00 yesterday afternoon, 67 year old Albert Hinds, of Pleasanton, was arrested at the Food Fair Super Market in Mound City. The charges allege that in December of 2021 Hinds made threatening statements toward banking personnel and law enforcement officers prompting a temporary shutdown of the Linn County Courthouse.
Following his arrest, Hinds was booked into the Linn County Jail. He was then transferred to the Bourbon County Jail.
