Some members of the Ottawa Planning Commission feel like things are moving a little too fast. The Commission is considering a proposed housing development called The Kosko Addition, generally located at 1027 E. Grant. At the Commission’s Regular Meeting, the City Planner was absent, due to illness, so the Commission didn’t get a formal presentation from city staff. Planning Commissioner Diana Staresinic-Deane and Bill Crowley made clear, things were going too rapidly:
The Planning Commission will take up the project again at the Study Session toward the end of March, when hopefully they can get a full report from city staff concerning the development.
