A proposed housing project called the Kosko Addition is drawing some concerns from residents in the area. The project is generally located a 1027 East Grant Street and proposes the creation of 12 residential lots. During the Ottawa Planning Commission Meeting, a letter from Johnny and Kelly Douglas of 1040 North Milner, was read into the Public Record, by Betsy Carlson of the Community Development Department:
The Planning Commission will continue discussion of the project at the March 31 Study Session.
