A proposed Ottawa housing project called the Kosko Addition is drawing some concerns from neighbors. The project would create 12 residential lots and is generally located at 1027 East Grant Street. At the Regular Ottawa Planning commission Meeting, Community Development Department staff member, Betsy Carlson, read a letter from Jean Kamala:
The Planning Commission will continue discussion of the project at their March 31st Study Session.
