What is the use of saying that a Code Regulation will be enforced if there are not enough people to enforce it? Franklin County Noxious Weed Department Director, Pat Campbell, says it’s frustrating to tell property owners that the noxious weed regulations will be enforced and then not enforcing it because of lack of staff. Commissioner Don Stottlemire says lack of enforcement is not the fault of County employees:
