An area known as The Coves in Ottawa is still in need of last minute housekeeping. Back in 2008, the City had an agreement with the original developer, but the developer abandoned the project. Now, after all these years, Financial Consultant, Tyler Ellsworth, says there is still a need to terminate the agreement:
The City Commission plans to discuss the issue further, but is expected to make moves to terminate the agreement.
