The City of Ottawa is in the process of soliciting bids for the Cedar Street Storm Water Project from 13th to 15th. Acting Public Works Director, Dennis Tharp, told the City Commission that the targeted area experiences a lot of problems:
The estimated cost of the project is over $900,000; up sharply from earlier estimates of over half a million dollars.
