A proposed new housing development called the Kosko Addition, to be generally located at 1027 East Grant Street in Ottawa, was the subject of an Ottawa Planning Commission Meeting. Developer Joe Kosko described the project to Planning Commissioners:
The Planning Commission plans to continue discussing the project at a Study Session later in March. The City Planner was absent, due to sickness and Commissioners want to get a presentation from her at the next Study Session.
