A proposed housing project, known as the Markley Addition, is well on its way to becoming reality. The Ottawa City Commission approved the Final Plat. Interim Planner, Jennifer Reinhardt, says all remaining issues have been resolved:
The project is generally located at 739 Funston and will create nine lots.
