As Spring Break draws to a close, after a week filled with all kinds of activities for kids of all ages, there is one more event on tap for today. The Ottawa Police Department will present the McGruff Club this morning at the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium. The program is back after a two-year absence due to the pandemic. You and the kids won’t want to miss this one. A special appearance by Mister Stinky Feet, an amazing presentation by the Kansas Department of Wildlife, featuring live animals and of course, a visit from the old Crime Dog himself, McGruff.
Also, there will be prizes, giveaways, games and, toward the end of the show, a bike giveaway to some lucky kids at the show. Registration starts at 8:30 this morning, the show starts at 9:00.
