Last week, during Spring Break, you may have noticed several events that were sponsored by the Lost and Found Youth Organization. They are a fairly new program that has sponsored a variety of events the past year. Now, they are ready to step things up dramatically. Representative, Joshua Nelson, says the group is self-funded and has recently obtained a building and will be offering an After-School program starting next fall. He says they are looking for donations to help with the program:
The building is at 112 East 17th. Nelson says they have been talking with the schools and are looking forward to providing a quality after-school alternative, that will focus on school first; but, in a little more laid back atmosphere. Details on the program are coming soon.
