The Ottawa City Commission is interviewing candidates to fill the unexpired term of Tom Weigand and one of the candidates is a voice from the past. Richard Jackson previously spent 12 years on the Commission and he wants to give it another try. He told Commissioners that the city needs more emphasis on inclusiveness:
