Employees of Franklin County, will receive a bonus in their paychecks in a few weeks, thanks to a Premium Pay Plan approved by the County Commission. County Administrator, Derek Brown, gave Commissioners an estimate of the cost of the plan:
Brown says the Pay Plan will come from the Federally Funded American Rescue Plan Act, which was part of COVID Aid.
