This week was National Agriculture Week and the National celebration in Washington D. C. was a sight to see. AG Week is a week every year, where the Nation’s farm families and all the products they use and grow, are showcased.
Hundreds of farm vehicles were at the Washington Mall for the celebration, including the latest technological advancement in equipment, which included ethanol fueled semi trucks, an artificial intelligence sprayer that uses facial recognition to spray for weeds and a planting robot, along with a host of programmable seeders.
Locally, 4-H Clubs in the county got out to visit as many businesses as possible that promote agriculture to thank them for what they do.
