Other award winners include Ottawa Library employee, Paula Patterson for Favorite Smile Award, Anna Bricker for Horizon Award, the McLiney Family of Kansas State bank for Community Builder Award, and owners of Not Lost Brewery, Dusty and Melody Gentry, won the Entrepreneur Award.
