The winner of this year’s Russell Crite Award has been chosen at the Annual Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. Dr. Bud Ransom was chosen, in part due to his dedication during the COVID 19 Crisis. Ransom says sometimes his medical advice wasn’t always easy to receive:
