It looks like the City of Wellsville will soon be given the Community Building at 7th and Locust by the private group that currently owns t. Wellsville Mayor, Bill Lytle, says he want to make sure new members of the Council are supportive of it:
Lytle says the City would not pay anything for the building but would rather take over the maintenance of the building as the new owner.
