Franklin County is getting a bargain of sorts when it comes to the cost of doing some road repairs this Summer and Fall. Public Works Director, David Lee, says Killough Construction made a bid of around $810,000, cheaper than his estimate of almost $950,000. Lee says dozens of locations need attention.
Lee also says about four miles of lowest rated roads will be repaired.
