Franklin County might be able to do some much needed things now that millions of dollars in Federal COVID Aid are on hand. At the Regular Franklin County Commission Meeting, Financial Advisor, David Arteberry, presented an idea:
Arteberry says the money could be set aside in an Escrow Account that would pay off various debts, freeing up other money to be used for pay increases and other priorities.
