A proposed housing project called the Kosko Addition, generally located at 1027 East Grant Street, is no more. The Ottawa Planning Commission had planned further consideration of the project; but at the start of the meeting, Ottawa Community Development Director, Michael Hall, had a surprise announcement:
In previous meetings, there had been some concern voiced about increased traffic due to the housing project, but, whether it was that is not known. Hall did not give the reason for the developer’s withdrawal.
