Little by little, the child care crisis in Ottawa and Franklin County may be starting to ease a bit. Franklin County Development Council President, Paul Bean, says a child care community meeting earlier this week has produced positive results:
Bean says a lack of child care is holding back some people, primarily women, from returning to employment in the workplace.
