With the Kansas Legislature on recess until Monday, many issues were not debated on the Floor of either House during this year’s Session. Representative Mark Samsel talked about one topic he would like to see come to the Floor for debate in the upcoming Session:
The so called “Veto Session” convenes Monday morning at 11:00 at the Capital Building in Topeka, with a full slate of Bills to be debated. Senate Bill 560 states “enacting the Medical Marijuana Regulation Act to regulate the cultivation, processing, distribution, sale and use of medical marijuana”.
