A Wellsville chiropractor is planning on submitting a claim for reimbursement of expenses she incurred due to repeated sewer troubles that have caused a loss of business for her. Dr. Nichole Sullivan appeared before the City Council with her complaint. Council Member, Luke Henry, says the City can’t blindly reward money without documentation:
Sullivan was asked to submit a written claim for the Council to review at the next meeting.
