The City of Ottawa received some news they have been waiting for, from a Geo Tech Survey, regarding the proposed Solar Array they are interested in building. Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp, says it was good news; but, with all good news comes a little bad:
The proposed Solar Array would be in partnership with Evergy, who would build the project and give the City the option to purchase after a given number of years.
