The tussle between the Wellsville City Council and the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce over the Chamber’s request that the City contribute $10,000 to help fund a more permanent Community Coordinator position may be approaching a crucial point. During the Regular City Council Meeting, Chamber President, Susan Stueve, appeared to renew her request. Wellsville Mayor, Bill Lytle and Council Member, Corey Cunningham, made clear they don’t like dealing with the matter:
Although no final decision has been made by the City Council on the funding request, it appears unlikely, at this point, they will fork over the $10,000 for the Community Coordinator.
