The need for mental health services has never been higher as we come out of the pandemic. The Kansas Legislature is working on making mental health care available to more Kansans. Fifth District Representative, Mark Samsel, who himself suffered a mental health crisis last year, says lawmakers are trying to make sure that insurance covers extensive mental health needs:
