The figures on the latest free ‘dump days’ for Franklin County are in. Noxious Weeds and Hazardous Waste Manager, Pat Campbell, told the County Commission the participation was generally quite good:
Campbell says the free dump weekend at the end of April brought over 200 vehicles unloading their waste.
