Even though there are some reports of an increase in COVID cases in some parts of the Country, Franklin County continues winding down its emergency COVID operation. Communications Director, Kacee Brady, says the health department is cutting back on testing:
The County Commission also voted to repeal the Emergency Proclamation that was put into effect over two years ago when the COVID pandemic started.
