An Ottawa man was arrested in Topeka Monday on a charge of public nudity. Forty nine year old David Lawver was arrested after Topeka Police Officers were called to the Walmart Supercenter on Southwest 37th Street in Topeka, on reports of an unwanted subject. Officials say Lawver was told to leave, but instead got naked.
It seems this isn’t Lawvery’s first run-in with the law. According to Court Records, Lawver was out on Bond for two felony charges of criminal damage to property. He has a Criminal Assignment Docket Hearing in Shawnee County District Court on that case on June first. Lawvery is being held on a $500.00 Bond.
