The Lost and Found Youth Organization of Ottawa will be sponsoring some big events in the near future. The first is coming up Saturday. It’s called Fear Factor. Many people remember the television show Fear Factor, from several years ago. The event will be a series of games designed for kids to face their fears. The top ten are guaranteed prizes but the person who conquers all 10 could walk away with a brand new Play Station 4. You can check their Facebook page for more information. It starts at 3:00 Saturday.
The second event will be June 18th. Lost and Found will welcome Summer with a Block Party in City Park, from 10::00 in the morning until 10:00 that evening. There will be inflatables, including a 22-foot tall waterslide, a pet parade, a car and motorcycle show, live music, a street dance hosted by DJ Jake VonWeller, water fights, field day games, free t-shirts, food trucks and much more. They want it to be a true community event to welcome Summer. Everyone is welcome to attend. More information will be available soon.
