As Franklin County works to support our current industry and work hard to recruit new industries to the communities, work force is a key issue and one of the items directly related to that is child care. Franklin County is lacking adequate child care. So, what’s being done? Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, says some can’t come back to the work force or have to leave it due to lack of child car; but, the City and local industry are working on it:
