The mass shooting at a school in Texas is once again forcing local school districts to take a look at their security situation. Franklin County Sheriff, Jeff Richards, says placing School Resource Officers is expensive.
Richards says if schools can find the funding, then his department will cooperate in placing officers in the schools that request them.
