Franklin County may have to rebate some extra money back to the City of Ottawa, because estimates indicate that personnel costs for the Dispatch Center, may not be as much as was projected. County Administrator, Derek Brown, had a question for the County Commission:
The County Commission may make a decision on the matter in a week or so.
